A Rundown By Us:

You don’t need a special occasion, just plan a different evening for your partner and maybe friends and family! Set-up a big screen movie evening! And don’t forget those finer details - candles, wine, and decorations.
The movie is screened on a projector and widescreen in your garden, living room or terrace! The projector will be delivered to your house and picked up after 12 hours (next morning in most cases). And you choose your partner’s favorite movie or one of those popular ones... Titanic, 50 first dates, Jab we met, Dil chahta hai and many more.
Also, there are a lot of finer details to add such as flowers, cake, and balloon decoration. You also have an option to invite a guitar artist, making for a melodious evening!

What we'll provide:

Projector and a movie screen with delivery & pickup at your location
Flower petal decoration
Decorated 50 candles

Notes:

Candles will have to be lit by you, in general they last for 6 hours
You can add finer details such as guitarist and balloon decorations using customizations
Mac (apple laptop) connectors are not available at all locations. Please let us know in advance if you want to connect the projector to a mac system.
If you choose to add balloon decoration, they will be air filled and not helium
This experience is available in Jaipur only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

96% Refund in the original payment method if cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, except for Romantic Stay packages where 40% of the money will be refunded in the original payment method.
Refunds for experiences to be availed in the next 72 hours will be done only in TogetherV Wallet.
Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO Refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 95% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
2 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 100% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
No Cancellation for Diwali card Party experience(s) and it's various offerings.
No Cancellation for Digital experiences. Refund will be in TogetherV Wallet only.
Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at info@togetherv.com with Order Id.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.

Reschedule Policy:

Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling.
24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.

Other Info:

Our working days/hours are 7 days (11am - 8 pm).
Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
To officially cancel or reschedule reply to booking confirmation email saying I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date with your order id.
It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for TogetherV wallet.
To preserve customer privacy, Photos taken in the customer (Photography add-on) are deleted within a week of the event date and TogetherV is not liable for the loss of the images if they are not downloaded by the customer within 5 days of sharing images link.
Guitarist will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival Guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.
In case of a complaint, notice must be given to TogetherV within the experience time slot. TogetherV will mediate where necessary and would have the final say in all disputes.
