- 97% Refund in bank account/credit card, if cancelled within 72 hours of the booking except for Romantic stay package.
- Refund on cancellation will be done only in TogetherV Wallet if booking is made for next 72 hours.
- Zero Refund in bank account/credit card if cancelled after 72 hours of booking.
- For Romantic stay package, Refund in TogetherV Wallet only in case of cancellation.
- No cancellations for Helicopter Ride, only reschedule is possible 72 hours before the ride.
- Romantic Hills package can be cancelled only within 48 hours after booking is done.
- Zero Fee if rescheduled more than 24 hours before experience.
- 20% Package Fee if rescheduled 6 hours to 24 hours before experience.
- No Rescheduling request will be taken less than 6 hours before experience.
- If there is a complaint notice must be given to TogetherV within 2 hours of experience delivery time.
- No refund will be initiated after the experience is over.
