- Do you find it hard to surprise your partner at a public place even when you are on a date? Well, how about opting for an indoor wonder rather than an outdoor activity.
- No more do you have to worry about seclusion or a perfect moment to adore your love for each other. Now you can create one!
What we'll provide:
- 200 Air filled balloons decoration at your home
- Delivered to your home
- Around 40 to 50 balloons with ribbons are placed on the ceiling and rest are placed in the form of bunches or free floating on floor
- Free rescheduling upto 6 hours in advance
- Inclusive of all taxes
Notes:
- Your address, balloon colour, & any other personal preferences will be taken over an email after your booking.
- Cancellation Policy - 90% refund if cancellation done 1 day in advance. No cancellation on the same day.
- The ballons will be filled with normal air and not helium or any other gas that could be harmful.
- Before booking kindly call/chat for the availability.
- Before 9am and after 9pm late charges 250/- will be applied
- This experience is available in Kolkata only.
- The decorator will not wait more than 30 minutes at the location from the chosen time slot.
- Please provide stool or ladder to reach the ceiling.

The decoration was wonderful and it was delivered before time. Great work and service. I requested for black & red balloons and they got it,I'm so pleased with the fact that they followed my request.

- 97% Refund in the original payment method if canceled within 72 hours of the booking, except for Romantic Stay package where 40% of the money will be refunded in the original payment method.
- Refunds for experiences to be availed in the next 72 hours will be done only in TogetherV Wallet.
- Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO Refund.
- 24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 95% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- 2 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 100% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at info@togetherv.com with Order Id.
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.
- In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.
- Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling.
- 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- 3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.
- Our working days/hours are 7 days (11 am - 8 pm).
- Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
- To officially cancel or reschedule reply to booking confirmation email saying I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date with your order id.
- It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for TogetherV wallet.
- To preserve customer privacy, Photos taken in the customer (Photography add-on) are deleted within a week of the event date and TogetherV is not liable for the loss of the images if they are not downloaded by the customer within 5 days of sharing images link.
- Guitarist will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival Guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.
- In case of a complaint, notice must be given to TogetherV within the experience time slot. TogetherV will mediate where necessary and would have the final say in all disputes
