- Let the cool breeze play a romantic tune into the air as you indulge in a light chit chat with your beloved seated comfortably and relishing lip smacking 3 – course meal. What could be more satisfying than being in the company of a person, who cares for you most in the entire world, and enjoy light moments in a romantic ambience, which includes mellow music in the backdrop, elegant dinner table adorned with subtle rose petals, and glimmer candles?
- Reach the venue and let our hospitality take over from then and there and you won’t be disappointed instead you would like to linger long through the evening. Get greeted with a glass of mocktail which will set in the mood for the rest of the soiree. Your very own private butler will look after all your dining needs so that you have only beautiful memories to create and cherish.

- 4 course meal at dinner -2 soups, 2 starters, 2 main course dishes, unlimited assorted breads, salads and 2 desserts

- Its a non private event
- Food packaging is not allowed
- Kids are not allowed to avoid any accident during the experience
- Alcoholic beverages are available at the place
- The venue closes at 12am. You can place your order at most by 11:30pm
- Heaters/ Mist fans are available at the place
- Convenient parking is available at the venue
- In case of rains or adverse weather conditions, you can reschedule your experience to a further date or change your seating from outdoors to indoors

- 96% Refund in the original payment method if cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, except for Romantic Stay packages where 40% of the money will be refunded in the original payment method.
- Refunds for experiences to be availed in the next 72 hours will be done only in TogetherV Wallet.
- Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO Refund.
- 24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 95% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- 2 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 100% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
- No Cancellation for Diwali card Party experience(s) and it's various offerings.
- No Cancellation for Digital experiences. Refund will be in TogetherV Wallet only.
- Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at info@togetherv.com with Order Id.
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
- In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.
- Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling.
- 24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- 3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.
- Our working days/hours are 7 days (11am - 8 pm).
- Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
- To officially cancel or reschedule reply to booking confirmation email saying I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date with your order id.
- It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for TogetherV wallet.
- To preserve customer privacy, Photos taken in the customer (Photography add-on) are deleted within a week of the event date and TogetherV is not liable for the loss of the images if they are not downloaded by the customer within 5 days of sharing images link.
- Guitarist will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival Guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.
- In case of a complaint, notice must be given to TogetherV within the experience time slot. TogetherV will mediate where necessary and would have the final say in all disputes.
