A Rundown By Us:

What will you give for that look on your loved one’s face, when they are pleasantly surprised and feel special! Be it midnight or a convenient time in the day, celebrate your loved one’s special occasion, birthday or anniversary, with a guitarist playing live music and their favourite cake with magic candles!
We will send a guitarist to your home, or at a chosen venue for this surprise - your favorite restaurant or any of your special outdoor locations. He will bring a cake your choice along and coordinate with you to create a nice surprise.
Who is my guitarist? A passionate artist selected by TogetherV, by visiting various local music bands to select a handful of lead guitarists with good vocal singing skills.
What songs will he play? We recommend you send us a list of 5-10 favorite songs and the guitarist will select songs from the list that he is able to deliver better and those which go well together to create a 20 minutes performance. A questionnaire seeking a list of your suggested songs will prompt right after the booking.
Also, you can make the celebration even more special by adding some tasteful add-ons. We send a nice flower bouquet or ask the guitarist to double up the live music performance. And if you are looking for a different & cute gift you can add a special “Picture of pictures” photo frame. A frame that combines hundreds of your small memories (photos) to form a big picture (couriered to your home / given address).
As a safety feature, the background details, photo identity of the Guitarist will be shared with you in advance and he will work out the details with you to plan the perfect surprise.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

96% Refund in the original payment method if cancelled within 72 hours of the booking, except for Romantic Stay packages where 40% of the money will be refunded in the original payment method.
Refunds for experiences to be availed in the next 72 hours will be done only in TogetherV Wallet.
Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO Refund.
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 95% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
2 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 100% Refund in TogetherV Wallet.
No Cancellation for Diwali card Party experience(s) and it's various offerings.
No Cancellation for Digital experiences. Refund will be in TogetherV Wallet only.
Cancellation will be taken in working hours only via email at info@togetherv.com with Order Id.
No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Valentines's Week, 14th February to 20th February or 25th December, 31st December and 1st January or any other special days for Special Packages.
In case of Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and No Cancellation will be done. Perishable item(s) will not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.

Reschedule Policy:

Less than 24 hours before experience: No Rescheduling.
24 hours to 3 days before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
3 days or more before an experience: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
No Rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February or 25th and 31st December or any other special days for Special Packages.

Other Info:

Our working days/hours are 7 days (11am - 8 pm).
Cake and Bouquet cannot be cancelled on the same day of your experience.
To officially cancel or reschedule reply to booking confirmation email saying I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date with your order id.
It takes 7-10 working days in a refund for the original payment method and 24 hr for TogetherV wallet.
To preserve customer privacy, Photos taken in the customer (Photography add-on) are deleted within a week of the event date and TogetherV is not liable for the loss of the images if they are not downloaded by the customer within 5 days of sharing images link.
Guitarist will wait for 15-30 minutes for your arrival from the booked slot time. In case of late arrival Guitarist may leave and there won't be any refund.
In case of a complaint, notice must be given to TogetherV within the experience time slot. TogetherV will mediate where necessary and would have the final say in all disputes.
